    The paper describes the biography of Petr Mikhailovich Nagorskii, one of the founders of Russian heliobiology. The most important stages in his life: childhood, learning in seminary and medical university, work at a chair of pathological anatomy, field duty, and then return to the university and beginning of scientific research, are described. Scientific results of heliobiological research with the use of a lead chamber are described.Статья посвящена описанию жизни одного из родоначальников отечественной гелиобиологии — Петра Михайловича Нагорского. Поэтапно рассмотрены все жизненно важные моменты в судьбе Нагорского: детство, учеба в духовной семинарии и медицинском университете, работа на кафедре патологической анатомии, служба в армии, а затем возвращение на работу в университет и начало научных изысканий.     Evolutionary Approach to Test Generation for Functional BIST

    In the paper, an evolutionary approach to test generation for functional BIST is considered. The aim of the proposed scheme is to minimize the test data volume by allowing the device’s microprogram to test its logic, providing an observation structure to the system, and generating appropriate test data for the given architecture. Two methods of deriving a deterministic test set at functional level are suggested. The first method is based on the classical genetic algorithm with binary and arithmetic crossover and mutation operators. The second one uses genetic programming, where test is represented as a sequence of microoperations. In the latter case, we apply two-point crossover based on exchanging test subsequences and mutation implemented as random replacement of microoperations or operands. Experimental data of the program realization showing the efficiency of the proposed methods are presented. 1

    В работе приведен метод оценки показателей надежности с позиций теории катастроф. В первой части статьи представлено введение в теорию катастроф, рассмотрена катастрофа сборки и проведен анализ кри-тических значений управляющих параметров. Параметры управления рассматривались как стационарные случайные процессы (функции) и ставилась задача о выбросах. На следующем этапе исследований опре-делялось среднее число пересечений нулевого уровня стационарным случайным процессом. Полученные аналитические зависимости дают возможность оценки вероятности безотказной работы, вероятности отказа (вероятности катастрофы сборки), средней наработки до отказа. Для определения характеристик случайно-го процесса (математического ожидания и дисперсии) использовался метод статистической линеаризации. Предложенный подход позволяет произвести статистический анализ положений равновесия вблизи крити-ческих точек. Полученные зависимости могут быть применены для оценки вероятности безотказной работы различных элементов конструкций машин и оборудования с позиций теории катастроф. An introduction to the catastrophe theory is presented, cusp catastrophe is considered and analysis of control parameters critical values is carried out at the fi rst part of the paper. Control parameters are viewed as stationary random processes (functions) and problem of overshoot of random function is formulated. Mean number of zero crossings by random stationary process was evaluated at the next stage of the research. Analytical equations can be applied for defi nition of reliability function, failure probability (cusp catastrophe probability), mean operating time to failure. The statistical linearization method used for determination of random process characteristics (mean value, dispersion). Statistical analysis of balance near critical points can be carried out by this approach. These expressions can be applied for estimation of reliability function of machines and equipment construction elements from a perspective of catastrophe theory

    Service-oriented distributed software complex for evaluation and multi-criteria analysis of reliability and survivability of on-board equipment of small satellites: Russian and Belarusian segments

    The paper presents solutions to the problems of estimation, analysis and forecasting of indicators of reliability, survivability and efficiency of on-board equipment (BE) of small satellites (SS) in standard and specified conditions of operation. A distributed software complex for multi-criteria evaluation, analysis and prediction of the values of reliability and survivability indicators of SS BE was developed taking into account the factors of outer space, as well as control of their reconfiguration at different stages of the life cycle (SPIIRAS). The developed complex of methodologies and software tools for estimating the reliability of SS BE (UIIP) was integrated as a distributed segment into the SPIIRAS software complex. The developed software systems are based on using the applied control theory of structural dynamics of complex objects, as well as the developed methods of estimation, analysis and forecasting of indicators of reliability, survivability and efficiency of SS BE, and database mining approach
